Bitetime is intended to support healthier screen-time habits and snack routines but is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or mental health advice. Always consult a qualified health professional for questions about diet, nutrition, or your child's health. You are solely responsible for the health and safety decisions you make for yourself and your family.

5. Third-Party Services and Content

The Services may interact with or link to third-party platforms, streaming services, or content. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

6. Subscription, Fees, and Payment

If we offer paid features or subscriptions, we will disclose applicable fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms at the point of purchase. By providing a payment method, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Omved Creations LLC or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMVED CREATIONS LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omved Creations LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Omved Creations LLC is organized and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
